About the role
We are hiring Telecallers for Gold Loan Interest Collections in HBR Layout, Bangalore. You will be responsible for contacting customers to remind them of pending interest payments, explaining repayment options in their regional language, and updating call dispositions in the system. Both freshers and experienced candidates with good persuasion and communication skills are welcome.
What you'll need
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in at least one regional language — Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, or Malayalam (basic English or Hindi is a plus)
- Education: Minimum 10th Pass up to Any Graduate
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates (0–2 years in telecalling, customer support, or collections) are welcome
- Communication Skills: Clear spoken communication, polite phone etiquette, and strong persuasion/negotiation skills
- Basic Computer Skills: Ability to navigate basic computer applications and update call records/CRM
- Availability: Ready to work full-time from the office in HBR Layout, Bangalore
